Balcony

That was a large idea. The artwork had to be autumn, have Saint-Petersburg spirit, be cozy and cool. I think, I’ve got it.

For this work I choose a collage technique. Spend much time to glue a paper balcony; it’s look like a face, my own face after four-hours-of-glueing.

I liked the most making walls and people of a newspaper and the room where I used real old wallpaper :) Think, I should make a couple of artworks with rooms full of fancy details and furnishings, that’s would be exciting.

That ‘Balcony' work didn’t get to the exhibition so I put it on my wall. It’s looking great in interior, and it’s large, one of the my largest works. It’s also very interesting because of the details
